Sonic Drive-in - Bentonville

The restaurant always has quick and friendly service, even when they are busy and short-staffed. I enjoy their cheeseburgers, tater tots, cherry limeades, and shakes, but my favorite is a Route 44 unsweetened iced tea, especially during happy hour. I also love all the stick items they offer, like cheese sticks, pretzel sticks, and chicken sticks.

The carhop was excellent. This Sonic location is the quickest when using the Sonic app. Your order is ready as soon as you arrive. The customer service is outstanding.

We were disappointed that this location did not have the Oreo Shake we were craving. We tried a different location, but unfortunately, it was not made correctly. We wished we could have gotten it here, as this location has always gotten our food and drinks right, delicious, and served hot.

This location has an AWESOME manager, Macmakayle!!! We had a misunderstanding on our order, then one of our items wasn't quite right. She not only came out to see what the problem was, she remade our food and gave us a full refund!!!!!! You don't get customer service like that almost anywhere these days!!!!!

Sometimes it just feels like a chili cheese tot day.....this was one of those days!!!
