Waffle House - Benton

Waffle house is made for late night rendezvous, the amount is a living mix of old and young alike. the only connection is their affection to nightly energy, and wh corresponds to this energy in spades! great atmosphere helps great eating easy to go! the fatty salty dishes are a perfect game!

My husband went to Waffle House to ordered a hashbrown bowl with sausage, 4 eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese for me to go as I was working from home. He told me the total was $19. WHAT!?! Looked at the receipt charged $5 for the to go container! Tried to call the restaurant to question the charge but they have the system set up to not accept calls. Hmmm? Wonder why? Think I will wash and dry my to go container and take it back for a refund!

This place is completely trashy. I know the workforce is a joke right now but you can't have dirty plates with food sitting on every table in a empty restaurant with four people in it. With that being said there was only two employees and the chicken sandwich was actually good but all I can do is look around and see flies hovering over other people's food on all the tables. Like I said I understand what everybody's going through as far as business owners right now because everybody's too lazy to work but if you can't find the right three or four people to work then do it yourself! The only reason they're still open is there's not a whole lot of places to eat

Wanted waffles but they only had maple syrup! I don't like maple syrup! Ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns and raisin toast. Bacon was cold and hash browns were overly cooked to the crispy hard stage. We had a very nice waitress and she did a great job. The coffee was very good too.

Love this Waffle House!!! The ladies that work here make you feel like you are literally at home. They are the best!!!! Very welcomed after being alone on the road for a couple days!
