Love the Burrorito Supreme and Soft Shell Taco Supreme with mild and hot sauce ???? ????

I was trying to order food and I Obviously didn't know what I was trying to get. So I was trying to explain it to her and she got so rude. She was talking to me like I was stupid. I'm telling you taco bell I almost punched your cashier right in her face!Yall need to get right because I need my tacos!!

Been there 2 to 3 times order is never right a hardshell taco had hardly any toppings in it tiny bit of lettuce and cheese. The service is terrible at west Frankfort IL. Location

You can tell everything was freshly made including the tea and the service was pretty fast. They were also super friendly! This was a complete turn around from the Charleston location we ate at a few days ago that made me never want to eat taco bell again,but figured it was just that location that was really bad. This location was on it! ????????

Food quality has been sub standard as of late. And customer service is beyond horrendous
