Bidrage med feedbackExcellent experience from every aspect. Very friendly staff. Food is amazing. You can still go if you're not a meat eater and you wish to accompany friends or spouses who are, but the theme is definitely toward beef with pork and lamb and some tastes of chicken. The service is very attentive, which is a vanishing quality if you haven't noticed in the restaurant industry since the onset of the pandemic. The owners are very personable and go out of their way to meet with youand chat at your table for as long as you care to converse. Perhaps our server Gabby (unsure if spelling the right way) put it best when she explained how much she enjoyed working there more than any previous job. That attitude permeatesthe atmosphere and greatly enhances the entire evening. The dinner rolls on the table are worth a mention as they are in a complete class by themselves with an unforgettable unique flavor that I will put as my favorite bread basket biscuitshands down. The lobster bisque is a must try at the food bar. But the highlight is the variety of meat cuts. And don't pass on the BBQ pineapple. You may want to go when you're a bit hungry.
Everything was amazing the salad bar and All the assorted meats were amazing!! My favorite was the top sirloin and the old fashioned.. we got here at 3:30pm to beat the rush. I was so astonished that the manager or owner showed up to the table to assure everything was flowing okay.
This restaurant, has pros and cons. Price is average $54.95 per adult compared to other Brazilians restaurants, the food is Ok, they are missing some meat cuts, they need to improve the service, specially the gauchos, serving the meat. They take forever to get to your table, and when they do, they just want to leave you a small piece of meat. I do have a complaint about the water, it seems that is not filtered, it has a weird taste. Besides that, the picana meat taste good, maybe too raw, but if you ask the gauchos they can cook it a little bit more. The owner is very friendly, He welcomes you, like no other, I think he really takes care of his business.
I really liked this place...!! The ambiance was great. It was our wedding anniversary and they had a flower with a Nice hand written card congratulating us when we arrived (I called ahead of time to make reservations). Food was awesome... Just wished the Gauchos (people bringing the meat to your table) would have been a bit more attentive. I have been to Fogo De Chao in LA (same exact concept) and Flame Fire fell short of their service. They need to be more constant inbringing the meats around to your table. If you see my card turned green, bring the meats. There would be big gaps where you wouldn't see a Gaucho stopping by the tables. I would definitely come back, but I will expect a bit betterattention (bringing me the meats by my table)... Service from the hostesses, waiter and owner (manager) was amazing. Thank you!!
My wife and I went for our anniversary and absolutely loved the experience. We didn't have a reservation, but the wait to be seated was very short. The main dining room has great lighting and atmosphere, and isn't too loud even with a moderate crowd and background music. Our host was very attentive and took great care of us. The waiters came by frequently with a variety of well seasoned and delicious meats until we were both stuffed. We very much look forward tovisiting Flame Fire again!
