Food is pretty good when the chicken isn't skin and bone. Service sucks. Several times, I had to stand around for 20 to 30 min before they even took my order. Tried online ordering once, and they never even filled it, let alone knew about the order, so i stood there for 20 min for nothing and then walked out. I quit going to Popeyes. If my wife wants Popeyes, she has to order it and pick it up. That's all I can say about the Benton Harbor, Mi Popeyes. Service: Take out

Picked up 2 chicken tenders meals and waited half an hour in the drive thru. I was the 5th car. Should have left. Food was horrible. Chicken looked liked it had been re-fried; so tough we couldn’t chew it. My husband loves the biscuits and couldn’t even eat the whole thing. Completely dried out. We both got stomach problems later in the night and I never have stomach problems. $22 for trash! Food: 1
