Krispy Kreme - BENSALEM

Great location! They even let us buy one of the doughnuts hot right of the belt. I'm not sure if that is standard, but their service was helpful. The doughnuts were nice and fresh. Best doughnuts I've had in a while.

Holy cow! What a disappointment. I was there in uniform (LEO), not expecting anything other then a normal customer. I purchased a cup of coffee, it was old, barely warm and just gross?. When I asked for a fresh cup. I was met with a employee that was annoyed and bothered by my request. The male that poured it has short breads, he did it purposely. If that is the way we will be treated, I will share it with EVERYONE! backtheblue, LEO, fop

How come I know the hot donuts sign means you are supposed to have fresh donuts and you dont?

The prices went up and the donuts are smaller than ever. Christmas Eve they’re open till 6 pm, but this year all the Holiday donuts were gone by 8 am, and the staff had no motivation to keep making donuts, I made the mistake of going there again on Christmas Eve this year again like in 2017, never again. I understand the prices have to go up, but give us customers the same quality and satisfaction, I’m done with Krispy Kreme until they make changes or go back their better service and better quality of Donuts again
