What a place, wow. great service and fast delivery on the car by. minimal time waiting and preparation of the order perfect. tasty a professional circumvent. service i rate 110 % well made. gott seufzt

It was a ride through the service, the staff was friendly, we found everything we wanted, I had spicy nuggets and hazelnut monkeys and they were good.

When we went last week, our food was fresh and delicious. we ordered extra sauce and jalapeños and delivered them. I was really happy with our order as I go the most. it's just a blue moon where we get to eat that's not too fresh. most of the time it is delicious.

I wrote a terrible review and deleted because I was falsely proven. This Mcdonald is different from anyone else. I ordered at Mcdelivery and randomly selected cashless at delivery. I was horrified because I had no money on me. I tried to call but the number says it does not exist (probably something that should be changed). The driver arrived and I immediately asked if he had a card machine. I was absolutely GRATEFUL. Thank you and never send your drivers without one. Everyone can make the mistake I made.

Friendly staff assistance through the drive thru. I have never experienced that at any Mc Donald's in the whole of Johannesburg it was so great to be assisted by someone who was friendly and had good manners. Something that is so seldom with any customer service nowadays. Well done to Mc Donald's Great North. It just takes one staff member who appreciates their job and is friendly to make a difference and leave a good lasting impression of a customer. Wish I had gotten his name.
