It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to one of the most popular restaurants in the city. After seeing the closure announcement all over Instagram, we knew we had to visit one last time. We quickly ordered the char siu pork fillet for starters, which was served with buttered cauliflower puree, radish celery pickle, and char siu glaze. It was the best starter I've ever had, and we devoured it in no time. (5/5) For the main course, we tried the TSC fried chicken and bark fillet steak. The chicken was delicious, although we wished it was more filling. (4/5) The fillet steak was perfectly cooked and the accompaniments were delicious. (4/5) For dessert, we had flan with burnt caramel, which was average and had a strong caramel taste. Overall, the meal was so good that the dessert was a bit disappointing. (3/5) However, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant before it closed down. Here's hoping that @thesmokeco.blr will open another food venture soon.
If you are a true lover of continental cuisine, you must give this place a try. The dishes are prepared perfectly, not overly seasoned, and served by a friendly staff. I loved the atmosphere, it felt like dining in a Parisian restaurant. Definitely a must-visit.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. The plate I ordered was outstanding, and the ribs were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.
