The food was amazing, and the ambiance was cool. Service improved considerably.

While food is ok, drinks are just terrible. Ordered a pinacolada and it didn't taste or look like one. Biggest let down is the service. Firstly, the staff tried forcing us to take a tiny table at the corner despite the restaurant being empty. Then they were hyper focussed on clearing the unused cutlery from my table. Including rushing to clear the plate from which we were still eating!! Not to mention, had to wait long after placing the order as well.

Visited the 5-star hotel restaurant for dinner and found that the options were relatively limited compared to breakfast. Unfortunately, nothing in the menu stood out as particularly impressive or enticing for a second visit. The food seemed average and lacked freshness, giving the impression of reheated dishes. Moreover, the seating capacity at the dinner place was limited, which made it a bit crowded and less comfortable during peak hours. While the restaurant ambiance was decent, the overall dining experience left much to be desired.

Service was absolutely horrible. The staff must be trained and presentable. Food tasted above average. Quantity was low compared to pricing. Ambience was not great. Have been to saffron several years back. It was great then. They have changed the look and it does not appear nice now.

The ambience is good... Food and Drinks are a bit costly...
