Wine Bank on View - Bendigo

We loved the ambience of this place. Wine, wine and more wine. We enjoyed dinner upstairs on the guards’ room. The food was delicious and the local reisling and Shiraz were great. If you are in Bendigo, put this place on your “ must have a drink here” list.

Absolutely fantastic. We popped in for lunch, brilliant burger messy but ridiculously tasty. When we inquired where we could get a good steak for dinner, we were cheerily informed 'here, of course! ' The gauntlet had been thrown down, so we booked for dinner. Every dish we had was delicious, a careful balance of flavour, beautiful produce. But the steak, I kid you not it was the most magnificent steak I have ever had The flavour, the texture, every delectable mouthful! I would say it is the best place to eat in Bendigo, and the wine is rather fantastic too.

Amazing service, amazing food, and the perfect spot to enjoy a wine, great catch up with friends or a social function. Could not recommend the wine bank highly enough.

We booked the private room upstairs for 20 with a select menu. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. The food delicious and the suggested wines were perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better way to spend a sunny winters day in Bendigo.
