Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I have often eaten in this Red Robin in the past and the service seems to go further downhill. During the last visit we were almost forgotten after we had set ourselves and it took almost 20 minutes before they took our drink order. We asked to order our food with our drinks and our waitress immediately stopped our order and went to visit another table before we go back. After our order, it was 25 minutes before our water showed up. With a toddler we have Red Robin over a traditional sit down restaurant for what we thought would be faster service. We tried to be polite, but after we were witnesses of other waiting employees, we rejected food at tables that were sitting after us. The waitress accused the kitchen, but the food was obviously cold and was prepared long before she brought it to us. We quickly got our check, paid and left. Overall, we spent an hour and half waiting for a cold meal, which is definitely in violation of food treatment laws. The waitress knew that the experience was far below what would be expected in any restaurant, but no excuse or compromise offered. I don't know if we have a bad waitress, or that's more indicative of bad management.

Usually a good choice for a gourmet burger and excellent frits. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The Steakhouse Burger was very disappointing. There were only a few mushrooms and the burger was thin. It looked rather flat than the advertised image. The cod and chips were a bit bland, but the part was big. The fries never disappoint. Total underwhelming

The waiting period was not excessively long. The limited staff was hard working and friendly. Our burgers were not exceptional, but good. The pommes were cold and stiff as they came from a morgue. I've eaten here many times and the food was usually better. I hope the next time better.

I get used to the in Tigaerd, OR and much more hospitable and clean. The waiter was nice and it seems new. But the place is not clean. The tables are not clean and sticky, salt shaker had food tied to it, the seats had stains, and food crumbs between table and wall. Overall, not clean. The food is good, but my daughter's fries were dry and old, I order fresh. The total experience is at most 2 stars. But the waiter gets 5 stars.

Love the river front outdoor seating! Of course the burgers, wraps, salads, chicken, fries, and fried pickles are always yummy!
