Pho Viet Cafe - Bend

I am here several times and always very impressed. They go beyond and beyond. Nice food and so delicious! They won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was amazingly friendly and so wonderful to speak. The food tasted fresh and was carefully made clear. It feels like a hidden jewel of a place. I had only the pho and spring rolls my first time, but I was pathetic looking for all the amazing food pictures they had on the walls of their kitchen. I definitely recommend this place! I have to go back! 10/10

Amazing work, Pho Viet! The best Pho in Central Oregon in fact. We enjoyed the Pho (I have the superb bowl, the right choice for the ravenous hiker, Pad Thai, and some delicious appetizers. 10/10. Feedback to the owner: Check the design of the menu, it was not clear what was a smoothie and what was only tea.

Very delicious and authentic. I have the P.2 beef pho and there is a very complex taste as it should have, the star anise and cinnamon really shine through. Could be expensive, but you have a lot of food, I swear, the court I got could easily feed 3 people, I was through the time I went but in a good satisfying way. I will definitely come back, they have a big menu and I can't wait to try anything. You can judge a Vietnamese restaurant according to their quality? re broth and I would say a 10/10 but I am not just a pho connoisseur. Edit. I don't know how the white cream is in the middle, it literally appeared on the photo after the recording.

Surprised to find a Vietnamese place here in Bend. Coming from Toronto, I had my fair share of good Vietnamese food. I decided to give this place a try when we were searching for dinner on a Sunday night during our stay here at Bend. And was pleasantly surprised. The place wasn?t very spacious but was busy. We ordered pho ? and some spring rolls. They were not bad, a bit pricy compared to Canada but at least we don?t pay sales tax here ? The server was very nice and honest!
