Dairy Queen - Bend

We had a great time at the restaurant! We stopped in for a mid-afternoon snack and the milkshakes were absolutely delicious!

The dipped cone was disappointing as the chocolate layer was too thin and the ice cream was oozing out. The turtle pecan blizzard was not what I expected and I probably won't order it again. I would prefer it as a sundae where the flavors blend together in a way where you can still distinguish each one.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but there have been some issues with getting orders correct and the presentation can be a bit sloppy. Additionally, I have to deduct a star for the lengthy wait time.

Only received half our order. They refused to refund for the missing items. Staff was rude and had no idea what to do. I blame the owner of this location for not training their people properly.this was the worst experience we have ever had at a DairyQueen.

Embarrassingly unprofessional, will not be returning until they find some staff that can provide basic communication and maybe avoid being rude to the customers. 6/01/22 7:10 pm. Lobby closed at 7 due to staffing, drive through closes some time afterthat... which is apparently up for interpretation, since an employee walked in between two cars in line and placed a closed signin front of them, then walked back into the building without engaging multiple customer questions. We were in line for 20minutes before we got to the order board, then the computer went down mid order with no apparent knowledge in the building onhow to correct the issue.
