KFC - Benalla

We have dropped by this KFC several times, when time has been an issue and we just needed some food to tie us over till we can sit down to a proper meal. Each time we have visited there has been an incredible lack of attention to cleanliness. If it's not the tables and chairs providing us with a snapshot of the previous customers' meals, it's the floor sweepings that have been swept into a pile and left to the side of the serving area .... not to be returned to for the period of our visit, or the broken porcelein fittings in the rest rooms (that have been like that for months), or just the general poor cleanliness of the rest rooms.

Not sure if I went to the same store as the other reviewers, but I always had great service and great food whenever I stop here.

You would think management would take notice of the consistently bad reviews....30 min wait this evening, Fri, 6.30pm. Seriously disappointing Twister...it's 34 degrees outside and the chips were still cold!!!! Come on, a bit of love wouldn't go astray! ????

The saddest KFC we've ever been to. The wraps were really ordinary, couldn't even tell what they were, the chips were soggy, and we had to wait 10 minutes to receive them. The only highlight was the young boy who served us, who had a nice smile and was friendly.

Grabbed a quick meal from here on our visit to Benalla for supper, went through driveway service was good staff friendly and meal was hot, what more could you ask for
