Surabhi's Heritage - Belūr

We only get south Indian food here. Though they have meals available but they didn't served us. Very rude and unprofessional.

Saurabhi's heritage hotel is located at a very place, very near to Yagachi dam and adjacent to Belur Chickmagalur road. The ambience is excellent. The restaurants, rooms, lobby are spacious, neat and attractive. The food was tasty. Service was good. There is ample parking space. Good place to stay for visits to historical places like Belur, Halebeedu, Belavadi etc.

Worse service.. bad managment..close the hotel or change the managment

Place: Nice Ambience.Food Taste: GoodHegeine: it could have been much better.Overall we felt good, but it's multi cusine restaurant with no card or any type of digital payments. I felt little bad for this, apart from it was a nice experience.

Food was ok, not too great . Their tandoori roti was just like tandoori naan, as they use only maida foraking Rotis too. But the main problem is shortage of staff people have to long .their hand wash area too us not maintained properly. Though the dining area is separate for veg and non veg, but their kitchen is only one !! Their parking area is very spacious.
