Subway - Belton

Absolutely ridiculous customer service don?t even waste your time going. First time, placed order in drive thru on a day where it was basically empty inside and none else in line. Waited in window for 30 minutes before someone came saying they juststarted their shift and their sorry the previous person forgot my order? Next experience this evening go to the door 20 minsbefore close to be greeted by a rude look from an employee who was locking up. Politely asked if drive thru to be told,?obviously? for them to not even take the order. They need to shut this place down. It used to be great but the quality, productavailability and customer service is not worthy of two minutes of your time. Firehouse subs it is I guess.

I like coming here and I feel very sorry for the woman working by herself. But if your by yourself close the lobby and deal with drive thru. I have waited 40 mins in the line and I'm the only car while she does everyone in the store. I don't wanna be rudeand drive off, but my lunch break is almost over.

The staff seemed inexperienced in taking orders and there were three unhelpful employees at the front. They even made a mistake by serving us water instead of the drink that was supposed to come with our combo meal.

My Italian BMT sandwich only had meat and cheese. No oil, vinegar, tomatoes, lettuce, or onions. This is the third time this has happened at this store. I couldn't leave work and no one answered the phone. It was disappointing, and I didn't receive my chips either.

I drove up to the restaurant, placed my order on the screen, and was greeted with a smile. I was informed that they were out of the chips I initially wanted but they offered me a different type instead. I ordered a cold cut combo with cheddar on soft bread, which unfortunately was not toasted and did not have any condiments on it (I warmed up the sub later). The sandwich had fresh veggies such as pickles, spinach, banana peppers, and green peppers. I also got a Dr. Pepper to drink. Thank you for the quick and friendly service!
