Every time I get something from the drive through a part of my order is missing, no exception. Charged for cookies never got themCharged for pizza and if I didn’t remind them since I didn’t see the pizza box it would be forgotten.Shouldn’t have a business near a dispensaryStaff are high?
My boyfriend I love coming to eat here every so often. Food comes out quickly even when they’re busy is always great.
I see lots of new faces in the kitchen but are these kids getting adequate training? It looked and sounded like a complete mess. Today's lunch service was insane. 42 minute wait for a couple sandwiches. I commend them getting the order correct asmy succes rate has been about 50 50 over the past 3 months but this location has been increasingly going downhill. Thedrive thru is also closed about every other time I go by, I assume to reduce the load on the kitchen staff but that seems tojust create a traffic jam at the pickup counter. Sorry Panera, gonna have to look elsewhere for lunch dinner for awhile.
Kaci Panera Date of service: 10/25/22 First and lastly, we love Panera, and have never had a bad experience with service or food; one might begin to take this for granted, until they go above and beyond to give perspective on how high theyset their bar as a company, in food quality and customer service. Our order was incorrect entirely but we didn't realize ituntil we got home (that's on us). I called back to explain what happened and Kacey MOD didn't initially answer but took the calland time out from training a new, inexperienced crew, and no drivers, to hear my issue and see how to make it right. Our orderwas re-made right then, with a few extras and a compensation voucher, all without my prompt and zero hesitation. These days itfeels like customer service has taken a back seat, to everything for the sake of convenience, so it's refreshing to see thereare still companies she team members who still have pride, honor and respect for what they do in this business, as I do. Someplaces like Wingstop in Belton could learn a thing or many from other reputable establishments like Panera if they cared to doso. We appreciate Panera continuing to keep themselves set above the rest...even with the occasionally new and inexperiencedcrew, they hardly miss a beat, thank you!
