Tai kitchen is a great restaurant overall, the food is great and the customer service in out of this world. i would like to make a special shoutout to the very polite person that picked up the phone, they sounded like they really wanted to be there and went out of their way to ask how my day was. may i also add that they also made a great suggestion about what to get. 10/10 would recommend Service: Take out

Ordered take away tonight and was blown away! We each had pad Thai and was so tasty! I first ordered duck pad Thai but the restaurant phoned to say there was no duck. I was a little upset but ordered the seafood instead. This I have to say was exceptional! Such fresh tasty seafood was definitely the right decision! Will order again without a doubt Meal type: Dinner

Normally have a great experience but really poor customer service this evening

A very good Thai restaurant in the quiet suburb nearby Terrey Hills area. The food is tasty and delicious with generous portion. Staff are very attentive and helpful throughout the dining experience. Clean and cozy environment setup with climate controlled temperature to make you feel comfortable dining in with the family or friends. Cash payment will give you additional 5% discount and the electronic transaction methods does not attract additional surcharge.
