Bidrage med feedbackThis place must have changed ownership or something. I used to come here for that occasion slurpee with my kids but today the store was empty and no slurpee. It seems like these folks don't want any business and it's too bad because I like the car wash and the store is pretty clean even though the employees all seem to hate their jobs. Today all their shelves were empty so hopefully they can get better.
I get it that all the employees here hate their job (I would too), but it is your job. Take just a little bit of pride in your work. Little guy that works nights needs a major attitude adjustment. He sits back there all night doing NOTHING. The second a customer walks in he b-lines out from behind the counter. Terrible attitude, always rude, never wearing a mask, etc. I hate that I'm forced to come here since it's on the way to the freeway.
My mask broke while Right before I started paying. The guy working there started insulting me because my mask isn't on. I told him it broke. He called me an idiot who's risking his life. And when I told him about a mistake the new worker was doing on the screen who he was helping teach he insulted me and said so you can pay attention to this and not mask. He was really getting on my nerves.
The clerks are always great at this location. I 've never had an issue with them at all and are quite understanding even when I personally have been difficult (not on purpose). Tonight, I asked for wings and politely asked for the Mini tacos. The awesome clerk told me, since you said thank you and please, I 'll take care of you . Awesome customer service. Now, also at this particular time, a gentleman comes in asking people to help pay for his beer. Times are tough, I get it. Whatever. My Dad (who looks nothing like me) says, I 'll give you a couple of bucks. The gentleman thanks him, then continues to pester him for an additional $20. Then says, I 've got kids, give me $20 . Oh...you got kids? I love how the first thing you bought with the $2 my dad decided to give you, went straight to that can of IPA (alcohol), now, if it was food, I would 've said, give him more. So, he continues to try harass my father, to which I say, enjoy your $2 and move on . To which, the gentleman replies, mind your business . I say, that 's my father, it is my business . The gentleman then replies, oh, like that, I 'll see you outside. LOL. This guy wanted smoke, because I told him to stop harassing my father and enjoy his $2. Your life must be worth a ton. So I go outside with my father and he continues to shop ...and when we finally enter the car he comes out and tells my dad, you 're cool , then glares at me. LOL. He 's lucky he got $2 for his IPA, if that was me, he would 've gotten $0.
Every time I come in here the male clerk with the glasses stares at me funny. this time he stared at me when I was just getting a cup of ice. you know, that feeling you get when somebody literally is following you. like you fit a description or something....
