I was traveling through Bellinzona on my way north to Neuchatel, with my hubby and my 2 kids, and weren 't in the mood for a full-course fancy dinner; I was just looking for a low-key, familiar restaurant and for a quick bite. This place was it! The four of us had a plate of cold cut meat and cheese (the Italian tagliere and were so full, that we could not even finish it. The place was perfect for my kids: we sat outside in their inner court, and they were free to move around whenever they wanted. They even got to meet the owner 's pet, a friendly parrot. Very fun! It is true that the place is somehow run-down, but, to my taste, it was 10000 times better than any other fancy choice. We spent less than 50 chf: very affordable, considering it is Switzerland! The owner is also the server and she is polite and welcoming. Highly recommended!
