Yungane Korean - Bellingham

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant in person! I previously ordered take-out for my family a few months ago and found two out of three entrees to be slightly disappointing. However, we ordered noodle dishes which tend to lose their appeal after sitting for a while during the drive home. When we dined in, we were extremely impressed! As vegetarians, we ordered two veg bibimbops and the tofu stew. It's important to make sure to ask for vegetarian broth as just because meat is not mentioned, it doesn't necessarily mean the item is vegetarian. Our server was great and we noticed him being very patient with other customers who had questions about Korean food and the ingredients in the dishes. Overall, I highly recommend dining in at this restaurant.

Excellent service and choices. Portions are a little small for the price but the taste and flavor is worth it. The South Korean beer (Hite) is very refreshing and tastes almost like a slightly sweet sake!

Delicious Korean food! The spicy chicken bulgogi and the soondubu were packed with flavour. The side dishes were delicious too!

Incredibly friendly staff and delicious Korean food. We always get the Stone Pot Bibimbap. Pro tip: let it sit for at least 3 minutes after arriving at the table. It's going to be super hot, but this time also crisps up the rice on the bottom. Yum!

Tipp: visit the restaurant personally! I got in for the family a few months ago and the escaped did not last well after the delay at eating. when it felt safe that we were immersed and so impressed! we are vegetarian and we ordered two veg bibimbops and the tofu stew. Since then we are again twice for more of the same, plus the tofu katsu and veggie tempura. make sure they ask for vegetarian broth, because only because meat is not mentioned, this does not necessarily mean that the product is veg. apropos order, our server was great, and we also heard that he had very patient with other customers who asked about Korean food and the ingredients in the directed. highly recommended.
