Black Bear Cafe - Bellingen

We had a wonderful breakfast with our family at this restaurant. It is the highest rated on trip advisor and it definitely lived up to the hype. The maitre d' was excellent and very attentive to customers, which is a rare find in today's busy world. Good staff are hard to come by but even the new young guy was extremely polite.

A group of 9 of us dined at this restaurant and all of our meals arrived together, beautifully presented and served by cheerful waitstaff. The Beetroot hummus was a standout dish, not only for its vibrant color but also for its delicious flavor. We will certainly return and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Absolutely made our morning. Kind staff helped our toddler settle in with toy trucks, coffee was beautiful as were the meals. Highly recommend atmosphere and warm blankets at 7am were great.

The food and drink were fantastic. Fresh and Delicious. Highly Recommended. Must Visit this Cafe and the beautiful Bellingen Hub. I had a Berry Smoothie and a Vegan Roll consists of mainly Salad and tofu.

Cute cafe with good food and an excellent chai. There’s lots of indoor and nice outdoor seating. The staff are lovely and friendly. The home made hash brown is delicious. The pea and mint fritters also has a great combination of flavours. Unfortunately, my poached eggs were too well done and resembled hard boiled eggs rather than having that yummy gooey consistency.
