Hello I work as a Uber driver I got to Popeyes to pick up my order and as I was walking in Popeyes, I hear the manager laughing with the lady that works at the drive-through and two other employees laughing so hard and I heard they were speaking of a custome in the drive-through saying that she had changed her order like 20 times and that she saw a commercial on TV of Popeyes, that the order she wanted had fries The manager comes up to the counter and I ask her if I could use the restroom before I take my order of Uber and she told me the bathrooms were only for customers and I told her I think I'm a customer because I come to pick up a order for another customer that order on Uber Eats and she said no, but she decided to open the door for the restroom for me and she said oh the bathrooms are only for customers and I'm like I think I'm a customer because I come to pick up a order and she's like no customers that eat inside the restroom so I use the restroom. I walked out, picked up my order walked out deliver my order and I decided to call her and tell her what I heard her laughing with the other coworkers regarding a customer and she said give me your name give me your name and I'm like I'm a call corporate and complain cause you didn't let me use the restroom too and she's like give me your number give me your name and she hanged up on the phone on me and she keeps calling me back to harass me. Her name is Rosa.

This huh was terrible and the customer service was also bad. that was a waste of money. I never go back here.

This place moves very slow there doesn't seem to be urgency and I wouldn't consider it fast food because it took a long time. This was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday so nothing like a traffic or rush hour scenario
