Tuna House Japanese Cuisine - Bellevue

Best sushi place I've had in a long time. The raw fish salmon and tuna especially were fresh and full of flavor (with the exception of hamachi, which was just alright). Unagi had an amazing balance of sweet and savory. Egg was just alright. The sushi rice itself was perfectly soft with a hint of sweetness and sesame seeds to highlight the fish flavor while still being enjoyable stand alone. The great food was matched with unbeatable presentation undoubtedly the most creative and decorative Chirashi I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

Friendly, attentive Japanese staff. Always smiling and welcoming! My bf and I eat here about once a week and the food is consistently fresh, well-prepared and full of flavor. Our top sushi restaurant by far. If you want sushi that is bright and fresh and actually tastes like something, definitely come here. There is a pretty good variety of rolls and you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. The Rainbow Nitro, Volcano, Energy, and Kamikaze rolls are among our favorites! Some may say it’s pricey but you get what you pay for with sushi. I think the prices are very fair considering the quality and, the higher priced plates are actually pretty large.

Fresh fish! Soft, buttery tuna; delectable salmon; savory eel. Delicious sauces. Loved the Rainbow nitro roll, the dragon roll, paradise roll. No matter what I order, it's amazing. The staff is pleasant and while a little expensive compared to the many options, the sushi can't be beat!

Excellent sushi. We ordered several different rolls and a few nigiri, and they were all delicious. I loved the way they brought each one out as it was prepared, instead of waiting and bringing it all at once. Presentation was beautiful, ingredients were fresh and incredibly flavorful, service was fast and friendly. I cannot say enough good about this place, if you're looking for a great sushi experience, this is one of the best.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The sushi is incredible! No krab fillers, just fresh amazing fish. The owners and staff are very friendly with wonderful service. I would eat here every day if I could afford it!
