Bidrage med feedbackOrdered online because I was on a very tight time schedule.. and I trusted Jimmy johns to be able to handle the situation. I put VERY CLEARLY in the instructions that this is a 1:30pm delivery time and to call me when u arrive at 1:30pm.I get a phone call from a female driver at 1pm, she said my food was at my house, I was not even home yet.I asked her (because it could of potentially been my fault by not saving the instructions online properly, as for until I got the slip I didnt not see if it was clear. If she read the special instructions.... she said yea thats why im calling very short and rude, I the. Asked to figured out what the special instructs said to her.. and she said she voiding my order and hung up on me.UnprofessionalRudeDisrespectfulInappropriateAnd the list of adjectives goes on.I 've loved Jimmy johns for years.. this was completely unacceptable.. this employee does the brand a disserviceAnd to add to it.. because she made it and delivered it so early when I did get it.. (I had to drive my self to the store it was soggy and falling apart and she did not have 2 cookies that I ordered only one.
Placed an order, they never delivered it, and I have been waiting three weeks for a refund. They keep promising follow up, and there is zero follow up.
Good sandwiches at good prices. We've been going for years and never had a bad experience.
We have been disappointed with the delivery times over the past year. Jimmy John 's slogan is freakishly fast . This really needs to change to snail pace slow . We live 5 minutes from the location and we have had to wait up to an hour. No apologies ever given. The last sub was also underwhelming and lacked any flavor.
Have been stopping in during the week after appointments near that side of town. Even though we get there around 12 noon, there is hardly a wait, the order is correct and it tastes wonderful.So glad to see a small business team working well to take, make and hand over/deliver lunches with a smile.
