Honor Coffee - Bellevue

Incredible coffee. Lovely homely rustic feel too, and opens early.

Love this coffee shop. It's a nice establishment in downtown Bellevue so location is great, and there's plenty of space to sit and work. Music is not too loud either and the vibe is great. I got the honey lavender matcha latte which was very tasty, and the egg and cheese danish was good as well.

New owner must be Asian as they added asian style bakery goods. The coffee is still good and the quiet space in the middle of Bellevue downtown is precious.

I have to update my review based on the very disappointing experience today. Went in to get my usual Portuguese tart and to try their croissant that looks so good. Well, the guy carefully chose a fu*ked up croissant (see picture), that didn't even look the part, probably a mistake that should not be sold. Whatever, I thought, if it's good who cares. Well both the tart and the croissant were soggy as if they were a day old. I'm hesitant to go back now, I don't like low standards like this, that result in inconsistent experiences. Too bad, I liked this place.

I keep meaning to write about them. I have been here a few times and I really like it. They have a good selection of food. I tried something to eat for the first time today so can't really comment on the rest of the stuff but the matcha croissant is delicious. I have tried a few of their lattes and I like every single one of them! The staff is super friendly! There is ton of space to sit and the place has a really nice ambience in general. Please come and support this business!
