Haidilao Hot Pot Irvine - Bellevue

Very good Hot Pot restaurant. The meats, fish, seafood and vegetables are fresh. The four broths we had were all good (Miso, Thai, Bone, Chili). Casual atmosphere but fun.

This Haidilao has live performances, noodle dancers, and delicious seasonal items. I've been here for birthdays and dates, and the fresh veg and meat never leave the group disappointed. I recommend using spicy soup bases only if you can handle intense spice, it may not be the best option if you have a sensitive stomach.Kid-friendliness: High chair available

Came here to try out the new hot pot spot in Bellevue! You can make reservations ahead of time and there's some traditional snacks and water to munch on before you get seated. Parking is a bit difficult to find, I'd just recommend street parking where you can. Once inside, we were seated around a grill and ordered off an iPad. There were little autobot wondering around collecting used dishes. The sauce bar was plentiful but extra as it included some other things besides just ingredients to mix your sauce. We ordered Wagyu beef with a bunch of vegetables and noodles. The food was very tasty and the experience was interesting to cook the meat and veggies in the broth then transfer. We didn't feel rushed to leave and were able to enjoy our time. Outside there were some free condiments, drinks, and snacks as well! Would recommend and return.

Great experience at this downtown Bellevue hot pot! First of all the service by Mei was top notch, she patiently explained all the soup options and gave us her favorite proteins and veggies. Our favorite soups were the tom yum and the spicy Szechuan (warning: this one is NUMBING hot! , the mushroom soup was decent but really needs to marinate for a while to get flavorful. Really enjoyed the crown daisy/chrysanthemum, the shrimp were huge, and the short rib was tasty! And at the end you get a free ice cream cup as you leave! The price will keep this from being a regular dinner outing, but if I'm in the mood for hot pot this will be at the top of my list!

I already gave a 5 star review before but wanted to write another because we received really good service from our server Rachel today! She was super sweet and helpful, constantly came by to make sure we were doing okay. The food is good but servers at this location definitely make us want to keep coming back. They also have cute little Miffy goodies you can purchase at the front for a decent price.
