Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bellevue

Had an awful experience doing online order. I ordered it to be ready at 11:40 and stood there for 15 minutes (with 3 other waiting customers) anyone even acknowledged me to ask what my name was and she pulled it from a stack of 10 other orders that were hidden behind the counter already ready and they were rude about it like it was my fault that they’re unorganized… defeated the whole purpose of ordering ahead. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal to me if they weren’t so rude. Do better with your customer service Chipotle

Great vegetarian option. Little messy burrito, but hey, that's too be expected! Only complaint I have is with the outside of the building. The parking is insane.

I order a burrito at this location because I was around Bellevue SquareThe woman who was serving looks tired I ask rice an beans and barbacoa and she just put very small portion of meat and when I ask for extra cheese she put way more too muchlike the next time don’t ask for extra cheeseNext time I will go to Taco Bell

ALSO ASKED FOR NO SPICY AND WHOLE BOWL IS SPICY!! ASKED FOR LITTLE GUAC AND GOT WAYYY TOO MUCH!! HONESTLY MY WHOLE BOWL IS DISGUSTING!!
