Bidrage med feedbackI appreciate the staff who wears a mask and checked my vaccination before I sit down. service was good enough, not a small conversation, but efficiently I ordered the rind soy paste stew; it came with rice and 6 secondary dishes. The stew was beautiful and spicy but I could still taste the taste of the stew.
That was a very unpleasant culinary experience. We hardly felt served, the ingredients were not fresh, and several items on all you can eat were no longer in stock. The soup that was previously free was no longer available and we were told on request that it was never offered. That really confused me, after all, we've often come to this restaurant. Most irritating is that they charge a mandatory 18% service fee if the food is not fresh and complete and the service is bad. With their rhetoric, all you can eat must pay these service fees, even if they serve as.
This place was garbage. Customer service was bad. We had another waitress, every time they visited our table, and it felt like they'd hurry. You never took our drink order. You had everything you can eat, but then you told us the last course. Your fresh menu was definitely not fresh. Then the nerve had to pay us a 20 supplement and wanted a top over it. You can kiss my whole thing and I'm sorry for those who need to experience this place. Better think.
Don't go to this place. I had a HORRID experience I will never forget. 1. Watch the greasy floor in the restaurant and bathroom. Dangerous for all ages. 2. They overestimate everything. I ordered an angus beef boneless plate that was $47 for a plate. It was a bit expensive, but we celebrated, so we just went for it. The picture on the menu showed a full plate of meat, but when we received the order, they had 8 of the smallest pieces on this wooden plate. We were so shocked. We also ordered a plate of pigs belly and were given 3? We reached a server and shared that we are confused, why the image and what we received were so opposed. She listened and said she was talking to the owner. Within 3-5 minutes the owner comes to our table angry and begins to accuse us of God knows what. Whenever I tried to explain, he would cut me off, talk about me and disregard everything I said by laughing. 4. What is part, he has never validated anything that we have said and never apologized. He continued to say that we were the first people who complained to him in 7 years. He also mentioned that we should be aware of how expensive beef is at the moment. How is this our fault? We come to your business to eat what you offer. Not to cheat. Absolutely ridiculous. I never go here and you should save your money and go somewhere? ll really be nice to you and not steal your money. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life.
Review update: Paid another dine-in visit over the weekend, and I am glad to find out that both their service and the quality of the food have improved since my last visit, and I am willing to rise one star from 3 to 4 as result. All of their service staff have received COVID-19 vaccinations, so this is another added bonus. Paid a dine-in visit after they reopen during COVID-19 pandemic. Both the quality and quantity of the side dishes went down the hill. The tastes are bland, not fresh, with less variety. The service is slow, but don't blame the service staff. The stingy boss only hired one waitress to serve roughly 10 goups of people during busy weekend lunch time. The poor lady works around the clock with no rest, yet she gets all the blame from recent bad reviews.
