Bidrage med feedbackThis place is amazing. My step family is Italian, and they have traditionally made amazing Italian seafood entrées for the holidays. This reminds me of home, and definitely raises the bar for my expectations for Italian cuisine in the Seattle area. Got the Black Spaghetti this time, which is a seafood dish on squid-ink spaghetti. It looks magical and tastes gourmet. 10/10.
The service at this restaurant was phenomenal and the food was top notch. I went for a business meeting with two colleagues and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the sausage and peppers dish, while my companions ordered the veal Marsala and veal saltambucca. We all loved our food. For dessert, we each had a piece of cheesecake. Just a heads up, parking is free but it can get crowded around 5pm, so plan accordingly.
Although we don't typically eat Italian food, this restaurant really impressed us. My favorite dishes were the rabbit liver and fig jam crostini, followed closely by the cheese ravioli.
We enjoyed our meals here! It wasn't the best Italian food we've had admittedly (we are overally judgemental Italians) but it was good! The prices were very reasonable, especially for King County in general. The ravioli fromagglio in the red cream sauce was really really good. Enjoyed the calamari, which wasnt on the menu, but they did have it when we asked! The complimentary bread was just okay. The house wine was good too. Same with the after dinner espresso one of us ordered. Our server Diane was so sweet and knowledgeable. This is a cute little place with a lot of character.
It is recommended to make reservations on weekends at this restaurant! They can get quite busy, but it is a delicious local Italian spot. Although bruschetta is not on their menu, we were able to see some locals order it off the menu and we did the same. It was so delicious. Their angel hair pasta is absolutely scrumptious.
