Boneheads - Belleville

Their BBQ is fantastic and their pimple chips are our favorite. We cannot go in there with ordering fried pimple chips

Here last weekend stopped and had half the plate of ribs with Koleslaw, Reispilaf and a tiny sample of beans. The ribs were really good and fall from the bone tender (personally I pull a little more chewing on my ribs, but these were still quite good). The in-law was sworn, nothing special. The rice was pretty good like the beans. Our server, Chelsea, was friendly and attentive (my beer glass never went dry). I'm definitely back.

Pickle chips! I just recently reworked this classic classic classic classic. I was there years ago when it was the Pickle Barrel. Fortunately, they still have these delicous pickle chips as an app. I went for lunch, ordered the chips as an app.... ca. 3 minutes later, an FULL plate of piping came out hot broken pickles! I should have really wondered if I could get half an order, but I didn't even think about it. Next I took the waitress' advice for my order. I wanted to try the Texas Rebuen, who was a traditional rebuen, but with smoked brisket instead of beef. The waitress proposed the Prime Rib melt, which is only available once in a while. I have to stay I was very satisfied, stacked high with urethral meat, grilled onion and melted tails on Texas toast. came with homemade chips. Damn good stuff, looking forward to another trip out there to try some smoke! Enjoy!
