Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Instead of fresh chicken, I watched them throw already cooked chicken in the grease then tried to hand it off as fresh. The manager grabbed a piece out of my box with her bare hands then put it back saying she forgot. Horrible. Need to be closed down.

Food was good but had to wait a long time after ordering it.

Love the chicken, but mostly the crisp crust... sometimes it is soggy and not crisp...that's when I'm disappointed.

Always fast and friendly service and always gets your order right.

It is a real shame that i paid high dollar for a side of red beans and literally there was only 2 bites in there. It’s bad enough the containers got smaller and more expensive. At least y’all could fill the container.
