Los Pollos - Bell

Although the chicken tasted good, the size was soooo small. They didn't offer me the promotion and they didn't want to change my order so I could add the other chicken.

Food is aceptable, no longer same flavor but price has increased. With price increase i would expect the same quality unfortunately it has gone down

They have been making multiple mistakes in orders and are starting to blame customers for not checking their order. This is terrible customer service. How does a business blame their customers for something so simple? Are employees saying they are incompetent to just check if an order is accurate? A simple role. Hire better employees or run out of business. The customer is not accountable here. I ALSO had raw chicken once last year. I brushed it off because I have been a customer for years. But the people working there should not be there if they are incapable of simple minded duties.

Service is horrible. Old and run down. Waited so long after ordering to get our food. 10 people before us got their food and when we asked for a refund they refused to give us one. Never again!!

Chicken might be good, but for 2 whole chicken and give a small, wanna be large rice and beans, and give spoiled salad. That 's a big NO.
