Our sliders and drinks were good. The staff was nice. Service was slow but that's just the world we're living in. It's worth a visit if you're waiting for your flight.
Absolutely rude customer service. Went on in the afternoon and the servers are just sitting in on tables doing nothing productive. And chatting away. There 's one heavy set, dark haired lady who do not know any ounce of kindness and was outright sarcastic. I asked for a cup of water and she said just the cup? Or water? Which one is it? Who in the right mind will just ask for a cup? I had no drinks on my table so of course I am asking for water. They didn 't give me any utensils as well. Oh and if they ask you if you want ranch, say no. It 's extra $0.75 The bison mushroom burger was subpar. Nothing stellar. Honestly, it 's basic. Sweet potato fries is totally MEH. Would have given this establishment a few more stars but service was HORRIBLE. Just go somewhere else. Or skip airport food altogether. I did not read the reviews prior to sitting down and I suggest get your bill as soon as you get your food. Seems like lack of sense of urgency and under utilized staff are issues here. Avoid this place at all costs.
If you are in a hurry, as you know in a crazy AIRPORt! They expect a fast service and all participants from the hostess to the chef to understand this. It literally took 42 minutes to get our food, what is it? EGGS! You need 4 minutes. Avoid this if you do not want to miss your flight. Everyone involved here clearly has all the time in the world and they are not a rush like a food service business should be.
He was waiting for our food for 45 minutes. Apparently the kitchen has lost our ticket ( apparently they don't use computers in 2023). Uncompetent waitress apologise, but said it was 't her fault maybe check on your customers after 20 minutes next time. When I talked to the manager, he was as useless as her ticketing system claims they are short employees and don't have enough kitchen help. 1. Please do not make my problems. 2. If you do not know how to manage a restaurant, then you should not be manager. 3. If you're served a complete restaurant, then don't put people down and let them stare into the abyss. Please avoid your own food or try another choice.
