Bidrage med feedbackWhen we arrived at the restaurant on time (31.12.19 20:15), we were greeted with the question, "RESERVATION?". Despite having a confirmation from OpenTable for a reservation for 7 people under my name, the waitress simply replied with a dismissive "No, sorry." After insisting that we did have a reservation, she apologized again and then quickly disappeared to the second floor. Eventually, a gentleman escorted us to our table. It was disappointing to start off our New Year's Eve with such a chaotic experience trying to find a restaurant for a group of 7 in a busy city. Unfortunately, Bistro Grad Hometown will not be remembered fondly by us as we ushered in 2020.
We arrived at the restaurant only to find that they had not made a reservation for our table.
The servers at the restaurant acted as if there was no reservation in the system under my name. When I showed them proof of the reservation, they explained that OpenTable is managed by an external agency and they couldn't do much about it. While mistakes can happen, it would have been better if we could have worked together to find a solution. However, the server we spoke to was surprisingly rude, never apologized, and made it seem like it was our fault for using OpenTable for reservations.

I have provided with the confirmation of the open booking confirmation that I have reserved 7 people on my name. with the words not sorry. '' the waitress wanted to end the maintenance after a short look at her rancid notebook. After I returned her the confirmation before the evil, another tutorium came, she could not do anything before she fled into the 2nd stage. followed us a doorstep to silvester, with 7 people in a crowded city to find a restaurant was simply impossible, and so I can thank in the name of 7 people in the restaurant bistro grad hometown for a failed start in 2020.
Server were as if there is no reservation under my name in the system. Once I have shown the proof of the reservation, they explained that open table is managed for them by external agency and that they cannot do anything about it. mistakes happen, so it would be okay if we tried to find a solution together, but the server that talked to us was surprisingly rude, hasn't even apologized and made it seem like it was our fault, even with open table for reservations.
