Valentino's - Belford

I was shocked that the girl who answered the phone was not aware that valentinos has a website to online from that a credit card payment. She was unclear.

Placed an order wrong pizza arrived. Now this is 2 hours after ordering. Called them and a replacement was on the way. 30 minutes later I received my pizza. Open the box and half of pie is on the box. I didn?t want to call and bother again so I reached out to Slice. They informed them it was my problem and no replacement or discount would be applied. Last time I order from Valentinos. I?ve had issues in the past and I?ve been meant with you should of called last night. I would have but my pizza came after they closed. Also consistently varies wildly. Almost like 2 different people are making the pizza.

This place takes forever to deliver! This is two out of three times of ordering from here that I have had to sit WELL over and hour waiting for my pizza to get here, when the place is 10 minutes down the road. Then I called to ask where my pizza was and why it was taking so long and the girl told me the delivery person JUST LEFT and had a stop before us. It been an hour and 15 minutes since I?ve ordered. Then she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and he told me he can?t control the weather...meanwhile the other girl told me the delivery guy JUST LEFT. I don?t see how the rain could be the problem if the person just walked out the door an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. I will not be ordering from here anymore, I will also be telling everyone I know in this area to avoid this place. Nothing was done except giving attitudes to correct the problem.

I love their wings and pizza! Super delicious every time! Delivery can take about an hour because they are so popular so just make sure you order about an hour before you want to eat! The pizza is always still nice and fresh when it gets here! I love it!!!

I don?t generally leave reviews because it?s not often that I come across genuinely kind people. I love coming here for pizza. I told the staff that I was moving and sadly would not be ordering from there anymore. When I got home kind words were inside my pizza box. Also the pizza was too delicious that I didn?t even take the picture until I took a bite first. They always remember my order and exactly how I like my pizza to be cooked. Thank you guys for treating me so well and always being consistent in the quality of your pizza. I will be missing you but when I come back to NJ I know exactly where I?ll be going first!
