Dunkin' - Belford

Dunkin' I have my grandchildren snacking bacon ordered and delivered and this is what I get. I call and tell them the response is well come in we will refund. First of all I order it which means I wasn?t going out , second you dont look what?s your givingcustomers $7.22 later and they can?t eat it . Thanks Belford Dunkin?

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and provides excellent service.

I had ordered Dunkin donuts large hot tea with milk when I had gotten it it barely had any milk in it. I had ordered before from other Dunkin donuts with no issue so when I called the Dunkin donuts on Leonardville Road in Belford they had a major attitudeand didn't apologize. I responded in not such a nice way because of that. I believe there answer should have been sorry what canI do to fix this. However, they try to give a lesson on how I should have ordered the tea. I've been drinking tea most of mylife and you're going to tell me how to order tea. RIDICULOUS!

The drink was mostly ice. My bacon had to be cooked twice because it was raw the first time, then burnt. The stuffed bagels were empty inside, with no cream cheese. Nothing was prepared correctly. They had a sign in the window advertising salted caramel, but when I asked at the counter they didn't have it.

The restaurant was quite busy, but I still received my order promptly. It was prepared accurately and not rushed. There was ample parking available, and they even had a designated area out front for quick pickup of online orders.
