Rollie's Bar And Grill Restaurant

My boyfriend and I have been coming here whenever we've been weekending in the Belfast area for about the past 6-7 months. The service has never been outstanding; however, we were just on vacation for the long July 4th weekend and we went in this past Wednesday around 6 p.m. for dinner. The bar and tables were all completely full, so one of the staff (who said she was just getting off duty) said that we could sit at the small bar right next to the door, which we did. It was dirty and had food all over the bar. We sat there for nearly 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence and brought us menus. My boyfriend kept trying to get the attention of the one of the guys working there, but it was blatantly obvious that he was ducking us for some reason. Finally, one of the girls working there brought us menus and took our drink orders. After she brought us our drinks, we ordered our food. She didn't bring ANY condiments, so we had to eat our fries and onion rings without any ketchup. We never saw her again until she FINALLY came to check on us nearly an hour later. Our drinks were empty and she never came to see if we needed refills. She had absolutely NO personality whatsoever and was almost even a bit rude. We also observed other staff being rude to patrons. We will NOT be coming back here anytime soon! Whenever we are in Belfast, our business will be given to Delvino's and Darby's, where the service is always stellar!

I can only give 1 star because we ended up not eating here. Got into town late and needed some dinner, it was 7:45pm and Rollie 's was one of the few places open past 8. After a couple minutes we were greeted by a server that proceeded to tell us We are waiting for tables to get cleaned but it will still be a wait because the kitchen is really backed up. We left based on her attitude alone. Not even a Hi, How are you? We left and went down the street and had an excellent and timely meal!

Everything was very good. It is time to replace the church pew seats. They are completely uncomfortable.

Had an absolutely awful experience. We stood in the door for about 10 minutes being completely ignored by all the staff until finally someone called that it was seat yourself. At that point the party behind us pushed past us and took the last remaining table. We told them that we’re standing up there first and they called us rude. The staff continued to completely ignore us so we just left and just went home. It was a horrible horrible experience and I would never go back there again if that’s the way the staff treats the customers.

Customer Service below average, was disappointed as I thought it would be good food and fun bar, won’t come back .
