Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - BELDON

We had a typical McDonald's meal which was not very satisfying. The breakfast menu was average and overpriced. The coffee was also disappointing, as they usually make good coffee.

This restaurant is a disaster. If it were run by competent individuals, it might receive a better rating. Stay far away from this place.

We went after shopping to this mcdonald for a snack on the way to home. when we came there, the line was long and the staff cried away and did nothing. we order our meal, check it was right and pay. when we got our food, they decided to reduce our drinks that we pay for the big one. they refused to change them for the correct size. overall, this is the worst mcdonald’s, which we do not advise with horrific customer service and in any case this place.

I am so sick of this franchise, the 4th time in this year for Friday afternoon at night and it was short of 1 x mcbites, false mcchicken burger and 1 x big fires, every time the orders are short, never more, but always short. it has...a conscious instruction from the administration to skip to the product, no other McDonalds franchise as is so I also went in, it was about 7.15 clock on 20 March 2020, order 149, it was not busy, so there was no excuse, 3 girls young male manager were on the front counter. instead of staying at home, I went back to the load wasted 15km and extra 30 minutes, but needed to stuff every point as they people around when children upset how it is wrong or lacking. I fear they have now lost us for good, it was the next Maccas shop to house, but we can not continue with so bad standard of counter-customer service. no one seems to have a good beldon maccas story as the reviews reflect.

Came through drive thru this morning. Did my order one drink, two hashbrowns. Showed up on the screen. I earned 3 tokens!! Pulled forward a bit to wait and wound the window up as the line was 5 cars deep. I could hear something...(I think the girl was back on the box to order . Got to the window and the girl repeated my drink back to me. Paid. Pulled forward and was handed a drink. Asked where my hasbowns were to be told you only ordered a drink . No I didnt an dthe girl repeated my order back. This girl (Sadly wearing the manager get up spoke to her and came back and said yeah she said a drink only . I explained that my order was up on the screen and she read it back to me at the start. Oh well I cant take cash here (noting the registers two feet to her right you will need to drive around again... .. Really... Thats the solution for someone that YOU made the mistake on. Your fall back was at the next window she only mentioned a drink, well my bad as it was all correct on the screen. Drive around again? No Thanks. And I took off in my car before I said something awful. Go to Whitfords or Joondalup or anywhere else other than this Beldon Maccas.
