Ledo Pizza - Bel Air

I went to ledos a few months ago. the load was chaotic and unorganized. the waiting time for the food was doubled and the orders were wrong. they were very busy and a just opened load. I'm back the other day and they turned around. the load was clean. the food was right. the waiting time was short. the manager and his associates do a good work to improve the franchise. highly recommended

I am so elated we now have a Ledo Pizza in the Bel Air neighborhood. The service is excellent and the food always delicious. I have visited several times in the last week and half. I ordered my favorite pizza, 2 subs and most recently their chicken and broccoli fettuccine alfredo w the addition of tomatoes and mushrooms . Boy, was it flavorfu! I now have a new favorite spot.

I have given Ledo Bel Air multiple chances and they always come up short. my most recent experience I called in an order and went to go pick it up. when I arrived I was told 10 more min. 10 min later my pizza was on the cooling rack waiting for my garlic bread. I continued to watch my pizza cool for an additional 20 min. Couple this experience with a time that I waited 2 hours for an order they forgot to start and ended up leaving with no food I am done with this location and will not be returning. I miss Cuzino's pizza they were better, delivered, and always hot.

I ordered a pizza on 1 15 opening week and called in a complaint about it. They offered a complimentary one on my next visit. My next visit was 4 14, they didn't have my name in the file any longer, it had been almost 3 months, no manager was around at the time. The young man behind the counter honored our offer anyway. I thought the customer service was great! Thank you Ledos!
