Bidrage med feedbackI really enjoyed the high-quality food at this restaurant, especially the signature dessert and the flaming tofu.
Literally the best vegan buffet ever, is just $7 for endless refills, everything is high quality and delicious, an enormous amount of food, snacks, desserts, and kombucha
This restaurant offers a wide variety of Chinese vegan dishes on their menu and buffet. There is plenty of seating available in the busy restaurant, which has a convenient location across from the Confucius temple and next to the Lama temple. It is definitely worth a visit, but keep in mind that the staff only speaks limited English.
In the basement of Fortune Time building on the opposite side of the road from the Ritz Carlton this restaurant is on the basement along with a few other restaurant. Once you go doen the escalator turn left and the resturant is on your left side. Order some pumpkin in peanut, fake duck, sizzling steak and some lotus root accompnaied by a large pot of camomile tea. The menu is in English. Total bill for two was about 170 Yuan. Good value for the quantity of food. Recommended if you are in the financial district.
Located in the basement of the Fortune Time building, Yun Wei is a vegetarian restaurant that is centrally located and subtly labeled with its name on the glass. It is considered one of the less prominently advertised vegetarian restaurants in China, surrounded by other dining options. Yun Wei offers moderately priced vegetarian dishes in Beijing. During my visit, I tried the faux-steak meal which was the best I've had in China, accompanied by a delicious sauce. However, the vegetable served with it was too bitter for my taste. I also enjoyed the flavorful crab cakes, which were only Y5 each. My favorite dish was the cold noodles with peanut sauce. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my meal.
