Great American Cookies - Bee Cave

We ordered a large cookie cake for my daughter's 10th birthday, but it was poorly decorated with writing that looked like a toddler had done it in the upper left corner. The manager said the owners might call me back, but when they did, they said it was too late to issue a refund. I felt disappointed that the owner didn't even bother to look at the photo or try to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location if you're looking for a well-decorated cake.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I am thrilled that they offer both Great American Cookies and Marble Slab ice cream. The service is always friendly, with a warm greeting when you walk in. My only disappointment is their early closing time. Despite Yelp listing their hours until 9pm, they actually close at either 6 or 7pm. Other than that, no complaints from me.

This is the worst location ever!! They never have a selection of cookies, always running out of cookies. The manager is horrible and the owners are never available. They are closed most of the week and always too busy to take cookie orders.

Ordered a cookie cake online because they wouldn't take my order over the phone, and then they didn't make my cake for my scheduled pick up time, didn't offer a discount or any options. Left me hanging for my kid's birthday!

I should have eaten lunch today. Stopped by craving some ice cream. Ordered butter pecan, no pecans in the ice cream. What?! That was mistake one. Mistake two-let my cravings get the best of me and ordered cookies. Chocolate fudge-not a hint of chocolate taste. Sugar cookies, tasted almost exac like the chocolate fudge cookie. Pecan cookies, overwhelming taste of maple sugar, which is fine if you like that. Won't waste my money here again.
