Foliepop’s - Bee Cave

The coffee was good (order at a kiosk so there was no option to ask for no ice). And by good I mean I probably ordered the sweetest option on the menu. Would recommend. Would have preferred to order with a human as the platform wasn 't exactly intuitive. Seemed to only be one staff interacting with guests (she was extremely nice) so maybe it 's more of a management problem. I don 't know that I would exactly recommend the roll. The brioche bun was delicious. The lobster/filling seemed to be something cooked all together in a sauce as opposed to fresh. I know, fresh seafood in central Texas is always a lie. I digress. The mixture had a sweet flavor that over powered the seafood. The dessert/sweets were about $10 alone (regular size, they had a mini for $6), so my bank account would say to pass on that as well.

Terrible ambiance...feels like an Asian airport. The foliepop's are dry and perhaps an acquired taste. I just don't understand this place.

Wonderful experience. Staff was warm and friendly. The desserts are delicious and make for a great experience. Highly recommend
