The products are organic, the origin of the meat is indicated and the aesthetic presentation is particularly careful. And if you add to that a very friendly Chef, what more could you ask for?
I went there with my wife, when booking by phone I was told that they no longer served after 8 p.m., that is. The waitress had a disillusioned look, I think she tried to reassure us by telling us that the desserts were already ready. The starter came relatively quickly (at the same time as the table of 6 behind us . On the other hand, we received the dishes 40 minutes later while the table of 6 behind us had already eaten their desserts and paid the bill. For the starter we had an unfortunate slice of foie gras and 3 slices of duck breast. The meat was good but the accompaniments tasteless. And the desserts were undoubtedly homemade but they came from the freezer as specified at the start of the meal by the waitress. The chef is not very courteous and allows himself to be familiar with his customers by calling them by their country of origin! At the moment of payment the apotheosis: the row of 4 microwaves in full view of customers. My wife and I are in the profession so we can understand some inconveniences but this was too much for us so we decided to give our opinion. So I summarize: mediocre value for money, a wait that is much too long and the owners are not helpful, so I do not recommend this establishment. Waitress sorely lacking in enthusiasm.. Glasses of questionable cleanliness, ask for salt and pepper shakers at the risk of never seeing the color.. Vegetables peeled more than roughly and seasoning almost non-existent.. Vegetables certainly steamed but surely reheated at the last minute in the microwave given their appearance on the plate. As for desserts, avoid at all costs the apple and raspberry crumble, which is more like a pâté than anything else. There are apples but I'm still looking for raspberries. Anyway, otherwise it's okay. We enjoyed it but we will avoid going back there eh..
