This is definitely the best breakfast spot in Perth. The sandwiches here are incredible and there's nowhere else that even comes close in terms of quality. My go-to drink is the iced chocolate, which is a perfect blend every time. The owner is incredibly friendly and always up for a chat, with an impressive memory too – after just a couple visits, he already knew my order.

Visited Redman this morning and had the Reuben.Truly a magnificent sandwich. They clearly take pride in the food they are pumping out of here. The quality of ingredients is excellent. Good coffee too. Topped of with warm friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Best bacon egg rolls in Perth hands down. Great coffee and Redman is a foodie legend. Ask him for tips around Perth or hang out for one of his sandwich specials at lunch.

Amazing food, with a short and sweet menu it’s quick it’s yummy and really satisfies my morning craving of bacon. With quick service and good quality coffee I rate this a 5!
