We bought the Thai pasta, Alfredo and the Greek pasta salad. The food was delicious. The portions were plentiful and came with salad and warm bread and butter. I experienced a man who was upset because his order was not ready for an event. The manager apologised several times and explained that the cook could not come and they did the best she could to maintain with the commands. The most important thing I noticed is that the kitchen team is working their butt in a quite quiet way and the manager reassuring they are all right and they could do the commands. He kept saying how big they did and nothing was their fault. Kuddos to this manager to continue to accept any order that was going and explaining to every customer there was a wait and apologise. In these days, not many people want to work and many restaurants are haunted. These employees in Pasta Pronto make amazing and earn an increase. We're coming back!
Delicious sandwich. Wonderful chowder and warm basket of bread too. Friend had a spinach salad and pasta. Kid had the shrimp pasta. What is cool is you pick you pasta, sauces and the topping.
I was hoping for $15, I'd have something authentic and tasty. What I got was a meager of microwave, burned melted cheese, barely meat, lasagna with bread (no butter). No business in the store, and I asked for Italian dressing instead of Caesar. It didn't happen. No pride on her food. Bad taste, demal texture and will not repeat this error.
Until the Kovid-19 settled, the food served only as a take-out, but since the Dine-in reopened about a month ago, I visited here for the first time in two years.? We had Carbonara and Lasagne. We dictated, but were served in extraction containers. But the food tasted as good as before.? Clam Chowder was offered every Friday we are looking forward to, but they still don't do a daily or weekly menu at that time. Hopefully they will settle down and return to their previous style of the restaurant.?
