Cookies look fine, taste great, customer service on the other hand? Not good. Was very slow to helping check out, helped out people behind us before. Completely ignored us, got chocolate frosting all over the box.

Aldo and Lauren had amazing service and were super helpful in choosing cookie flavors!!!

Friendly and fast service. Very kind people. The cookies, of course, were amazing. Parking wasn’t too bad either! I’m still waiting for the fry bread/cinnamon flavored cookie to come back; it is my favorite! But the chocolate chip we just had was delish! Big portions. One cookie really goes a long way (and the pink cooking cutter is very helpful worth the purchase even if you only stop by occasionally).

This place is so good. The cookies are big and can last you days, especially when you put them in the fridge. Workers were nice, and quick.

We place our order for delivery. We didn’t receive the correct order. I called to figure it out and the employee continued to argue with me. He said he couldn’t find my name when it was clearly written on the box and I gave all of our information. We received two wrong cookies and he did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I have bought here on a weekly basis and will not support a business with such horrible customer service.
