Bidrage med feedbackConsistently some of the worst service imaginable. 5 workers on staff all too concerned with closing 45 minutes early to help customers waiting in line. They got backed up by doordash orders because they were busy trying to close early neglected to help anyone standing in line. This is likely the 4th time I’ve had this exact experience with this specific piada.
Checked out Piada’s for Mother’s Day and they did not disappoint! Ordered two Chef’s Favorite piadas with crispy chicken zucchini, two pepperoni piada sticks, two Marinara Pastas (with huge, grass-fed meatballs), a Super Protein Bowl with grilled chicken crispy calamari! Everything was fresh delicious and we highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!
I enjoy this place for a quick Italian grub spot, but something about their chicken has been throwing me off— it’s been a bit too rubbery for my liking. They have TONS of topping options which I really love, and their service is super fast!
I was very disappointed this time in Piada. I ordered my create your own salad on the app and arrived early at the store to get it. I waited a few minutes which was fine because I was early and the cashier was very polite and friendly. I didn't check my order before I left and went straight home to open my bag to discover they forgot the dressing. I have been working all day and running around at work and the last thing I want to do after I get home is drive back to the restaurant for a container of dressing. I called to speak to a manager who asked if I would come back in and after I said no she said there's nothing they can do for me because they can't refund my whole meal because they forgot dressing. I understand it may seem minor to them but how am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing that I paid for? It's like ordering a pasta bowl from there and not getting any sauce. I would have even been fine if she even offered me extra dressing the next time I came in. But because she said there's nothing I can do for you I just got off the phone politely. Overall I am just frustrated I ordered a meal I can't eat because it's missing a key component of it. Not sure i will be returning to this location.
I don’t usually bother leaving a review but four times in a row I have gone here around 9pm and they are closing up for the night even though they close at 10. Four people will be working out front and I will stand for 5-10 minutes as they talk to each other. Last night three people were working on one door dash order and ignored me for almost ten minutes before I decided to just walk out. They don’t even acknowledge you to say they will help you soon and when I do get served here half the ingredients I want in my bowl aren’t available because they’ve closed up an hour early and put half the ingredients away it seems
