Super fast service and friendly staff! Best vegetable soup in town!

I'm new to the area and decided to go to Big Boy on North Fairfield. Tartar sauce on a hamburger????? Amazing!!!! I almost didn't order a big boy, but my amazing waitress Nicole assured me that if I didn't like it, she would change it, but never had one before I had to try. I'm glad. I'll be back soon. The staff was great. All so friendly. Good job Big boy I will see you soon!!!!

Stopped in on 4/16/22 at 5:30pm in the drive thru. Marissa took our large order and she just has the best customer service I’ve seen since the pandemic started. She was an absolute joy to talk to as well. The manager had great energy as well. Good customer service and positive attitudes are so hard to find these days and she most definitely solidified a permanent customer at this location.

Best fresh is in town. You know what I command when I get through the door and it's always hot and fresh.

The food is good, the service is good. To be fair, I was bribed to give 5 stars for a free drink. However, this is really a good place to stop and eat. Fast service and hot food.
