Came from Cincinnati for a work meeting. I called ahead to make sure they would have enough pastries for my next day work meeting. Jessica was helpful and she put aside 25 assorted items for me. It was ready when I picked up and everything was delicious. Will be back when I’m in town again!

I've been a customer over 30 years. i spent probably 45 minutes in person ordering cookies for my Daughters baby gender reveal party. when I went to pick up the order they had the order wrong! the manager was very rude and acted like it was my fault and told me there was nothing they could do so she went in the back and came back out and gave a discount on my order and apologized for how she acted ! then she acted like she was doing me a favor be discounting my order and told me her boss didn't want to give me a discount! they lost a customer of 30 years today!
